Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds
The Event is an all-weather event and will proceed rain, hail or shine unless otherwise determined by the Promoter. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required under applicable consumer law.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Event at any time, including but not limited to changing, adding, withdrawing or substituting artists, varying the advertised program, changing the Event date, or relocating the Event venue where reasonably necessary. Admission may also be refused or revoked where permitted under the Event Terms & Conditions.
No refunds, exchanges or other compensation will be provided if an advertised artist, performance or activity is changed, cancelled or amended, including where the duration or content of a performance differs from that originally advertised.
Subject to applicable consumer law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses arising from the cancellation, postponement, relocation or alteration of the Event.
No refund or credit will be issued for any unused portion of a ticket, including where:
You choose not to attend the Event;
You or your guests are refused entry or removed from the Event for breaching the Event Terms & Conditions; or
Entry is denied due to failure to present valid identification or satisfy the Event's age requirements.
Patrons are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry conditions prior to purchasing tickets.
Environmental Responsibility
The Promoter is committed to creating a safe, enjoyable and environmentally responsible event. Patrons are encouraged to dispose of waste responsibly, use the bins provided throughout the venue, and help minimise unnecessary waste and water usage.
Prohibited Items
For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are prohibited from being brought into the Event Site. This list is not exhaustive, and Event staff reserve the right to refuse any item considered unsafe or inappropriate.
Alcohol (any alcohol found on site will be confiscated. Patrons may also be removed from the Event without refund).
Glass items, including bottles, jars, mirrors and perfume bottles.
Air horns.
Weapons, explosives or any item capable of causing harm.
Illegal substances.
Animals (excluding authorised assistance animals and emergency service animals).
Nitrous oxide bulbs or canisters.
Flares, fireworks, sparklers or fire-twirling equipment.
Open flames or flammable liquids.
Musical instruments.
Advanced personal vapourisers (APVs), modified vaping devices or liquid refills.
Sound systems or amplified audio equipment.
Laser pointers or portable laser equipment.
Permanent markers, paint pens or aerosol paint.
Drones or remote-controlled devices.
Chairs, lounges or couches.
Studded accessories, including belts and wristbands.
Audio or video recording equipment, including GoPro-style cameras.
Professional photography equipment, including telephoto lenses, detachable lenses, tripods, lighting or any equipment deemed professional by Event staff.
Kites or sky lanterns.
Toy guns, water guns or slingshots.
Selfie sticks, monopods or tripods.
Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, rollerblades, roller skates, hoverboards, Segways, carts or other personal transport devices.
Unauthorised promotional materials, including flyers, stickers, samples or giveaways.
Eskies, coolers or similar storage containers.
Umbrellas.
Any other item deemed by Event staff, acting reasonably, to present a safety, security or operational risk.
Event staff reserve the right to inspect bags and personal belongings upon entry. Any prohibited items may be confiscated, and patrons may be refused entry or removed from the Event where appropriate.
